Abstract
The article reveals strategic approaches to anti-crisis management of an enterprise under modern conditions of instability. It is determined that crisis phenomena are an integral component of enterprise functioning in a market environment and may arise at any stage of its development. It is emphasized that, in the absence of timely identification and response, certain disruptions in enterprise activity gradually develop into a deep crisis that negatively affects business performance, weakens market positions, and creates the risk of losing financial stability. It is found that, for Ukrainian enterprises, the problem of anti-crisis management has become especially relevant due to the impact of military threats, logistical difficulties, energy constraints, market instability, and a high level of uncertainty in the external environment. It is substantiated that anti-crisis management should be considered not only as a response to already existing crisis manifestations, but also as a comprehensive strategic process that includes early identification of threats, analysis of the causes of destabilization, assessment of the depth of the crisis state, and selection of optimal management decisions. It is established that the effectiveness of an anti-crisis strategy is largely determined by the enterprise’s ability to combine functional and situational management mechanisms, carry out scenario forecasting, and revise strategic guidelines, mission, and the system of goals in accordance with new operating conditions. Attention is focused on the fact that effective anti-crisis management involves the use of a set of interrelated measures aimed at financial recovery, organizational improvement, increasing adaptability, and preventing the recurrence of crisis phenomena. It is concluded that strategically oriented anti-crisis management is an important prerequisite for preserving the viability of an enterprise, restoring its stability, strengthening its competitiveness, and ensuring its further development in an unstable environment.
