Abstract
The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the financial support for the operational management of the development of intellectual capital (IC) in organizations based on accounting and analytical support. The purpose of the study is to investigate the financial aspects of operational management of ІС development, determine the role of accounting and analytical support in providing an information basis for managerial decision-making, and substantiate approaches to financial support, performance assessment, and the development of scientific and project activities as an essential component of intellectual capital. Furthermore, the study analyzes current global trends in intangible investments and innovation activities and characterizes the current state of ІС in Ukraine using international indicators of innovation performance, research and development financing, and digital economy development. ІС is defined as an integrated combination of human, structural, technological, digital, and information capital that forms the innovation potential of an organization and ensures its long-term sustainable development and competit iveness.The study improves the approach to the representation of ІС components within the systems of financial and management accounting by identifying the specific features of their accounting recognition and managerial evaluation, thereby enhancing the information support for operational management. Particular attention is paid to the financial aspects of operational management, including the planning, allocation, and control of financial resources directed toward personnel training and competence development, research and development, digital transformation of business processes, implementation of modern information systems, development of corporate knowledge bases, acquisition of software, and protection of intellectual property rights. It is emphasized that effective financial support for ІС development requires the integration of multiple financing sources, including organizations' own funds, bank lending, public innovation support programs, international grants, venture capital, financial institutions, and modern financial technologies.
