Abstract
Abstract. The article explores strategic directions for developing smart infrastructure and forming an inclusive space in the context of the post-war restoration of the sanatorium and resort complex of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is due to the growing need for medical and psychological rehabilitation of military personnel and civilians, which requires the transformation of the traditional model of functioning of sanatorium and resort institutions in the direction of implementing innovative management and technological solutions. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the feasibility of integrating the concept of Smart-Inclusive Resort as the basis for modernizing the industry. The research used methods of system analysis, generalization and economic modeling to assess the effectiveness of implementing smart technologies and inclusive approaches. It was found that the use of intelligent building management systems, digital medical services and Internet of medical things technologies ensures an increase in the efficiency of the rehabilitation process, optimization of resource use and the formation of a continuous digital environment for the functioning of the institution. It is proven that the creation of a barrier-free space based on universal design contributes to the expansion of the accessibility of services and the attraction of new consumer segments, which has a positive effect on economic performance. It is substantiated that the integration of smart solutions allows achieving a synergistic effect, which is manifested in reducing operating costs and increasing the profitability of institutions by optimizing management processes and increasing the level of occupancy. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the systematic substantiation of the concept of a smart inclusive model of a sanatorium and resort complex as an integral rehabilitation ecosystem that combines technological, social and economic components. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use in the development of state and regional programs for the restoration of recreational infrastructure, as well as in the process of forming investment strategies for the modernization of the sanatorium and resort sector of Ukraine.
