THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE INFORMATION POLICY
Abstract
Abstract. The determinative factor of scientific and technological progress and socio-economic development of many countries of the world and the world community as a whole is the modern informatization of all areas of human activity and state regulation. A characteristic feature of this process is the global circular exchange of information. This trend has a real impact on the formation of the state information policy of any country, the search for new approaches to the functioning of the information environment and adaptation to the global information market. In this relation, the priority directions of state regulation of the information sphere in Ukraine are substantiated. The main ways of implementation of state information policy are investigated. The main problems of the development of the information sphere of Ukraine are assessed. The perspective directions of the information society development are analyzed.
