PROGRAM-GOAL MEASURES FOR FINANCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF NATIONAL ECONOMY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LVIV REGION
Abstract
Abstract. The article analyzes the application of the program-goal approach to financing the development of the agraricultural sector of the national economy on the example of the Lviv region. It is proved that effective application of the program-goal approach at national and regional levels is impossible without a detailed analysis of the peculiarities of the agricultural sector of the economy. The features of national and regional agricultural development support programs were determined, the main shortcomings of the existing programs were identified and particular measures were proposed that would increase their effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the factors of low competitiveness of small agricultural producers. The problematic aspects related to the receipt of state aid by producers of agricultural products are singled out.
