THE SOCIONAL GUIDELINES OF UKRAINE IN THE EURO-INTEGRATION PROCESS

Abstract

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of reforming the social sphere in Ukraine and the main directions of further complicated progress with the aim of achieving modern European integration guidelines in the field of ensuring the proper standards of social protection of a person, his life and health. The necessity of decisive changes in all branches, which lead to shifts first of all in the economic sphere at the present crisis stage, is revealed. In particular, this concerns increasing the size of subsistence minimum (real), the growth of the real wage, uprise of social standards based on changing the quality of life, especially medical standards, the Human Development Index (HDI) and compliance with environmental standards. In this context, it is emphasized on the need to redirect the priority to the well-balanced and deficit-free state budget, to its transparency and controllability as well as to its systematic earnings and their motivated reality.
