CLUSTER ANALYSIS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS IN UKRAINE
Abstract
Abstract. The topicality of the article lies in the need for the formation of regional cluster formations in terms of their sectoral and local development. The purpose of the article is to justify the expediency of forming regional industrial clusters in order to form a new vector of development of economic systems. Analytical methods of research have been applied, which allow to fully highlight the ways of achievement of the set goal. The article outlines the peculiarities of theoretical and methodological perception of clusters as part of nation-wide decentralization strategies. The structure of the environment of clusters formation is shown. The reasons, which block the process of clustering and main advantages of clusters in regional industrial systems in Ukraine, are cosidered and analyzed. The significance of industrial cluster entities in increasing the regional competitiveness and productivity of regional economies is investigated. The characteristic of the content of the main theories of regional development by the character of economic growth and the set of factors of influence is given.
