Abstract

Abstract. The modern approach to the relationship between the efficiency of entrepreneurship and innovations in the field of technology, products, market relations, and organizational forms is an objectively necessary requirement from both scientific and practical point of view. Using the provisions of system and project approaches towards the technology transfer process a partial decomposition of the technology transformation process by identification of the following subprocesses was conducted: formalizing the knowledge and skills required for the transfer of technology from its designer to the users; industrial training in new competences for personnel of technology-receiving organization; adaptation, organizational incorporation of innovations into the infrastructure of additional, supporting and auxiliary processes. Qualitative analysis of the innovation efficiency factors and their impact on the overall efficiency of entrepreneurship was carried out.
