MANAGEMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT THE CONDITIONES OF TRANSFORMATION CHANGES: INNOVATION APPROACHES AND DYNAMIC ADAPTABILITY
Abstract
The actuality of research is determined the necessity of implementation the innovation managing approaches, which are capable to secure the dynamic adaptation of enterprises to the modern challenges of the unstable surroundings and it strategic stability and sustainable development. The aim of the article is theoretic-practical justification of innovation managing approaches and the instumentarium of dynamic adaptability as the priority factors of ensuring strategic resilience of enterprises at the conditions of transformation changes. It is proved the necessity of update managing approaches, which the priority directions are proactive, flexible, innovative and adaptive models of managing enterprises. It is gave a special attention for concepts of flexible and adaptable management of enterprises. It is revealed the influence instrumentarium of Agile and Lean-management, innovative managing models, digital transformation, flexible strategic planning and entrepreneurial innovative culture into the dynamic adaptability enterprises to the transformation changes at the modern realities. It is set the examples of successful implementation innovations in management of enterprises, in particular Ukrainian companies, that it is adapted to the war challenges and social-economic instability. It is revealed a significant role of leadership, teamwork and strategic vision in managing of sustainable enterprises development. It is justified the priority meaning at the ensuring of the strategic resilience of enterprises ecological consciousness, ethical conduct and corporative of social responsibility as an integral parts of modern managing paradigm of sustainable development. It is proposed to implement the innovative instruments for increase the effectiveness management of adaptability small, medium, large enterprises in an unstable environment. Synergy of dynamic adaptability, innovative approaches and modern digital technologies ensure the effectiveness strategic managing of resilience enterprises at the conditions of transformation changes. The perspectives of further researches are concentrates into the developing practical models of integration adaptability, innovations and digital technologies into the post-war managing of entrepreneurial activity.
