Abstract
The article examines the transformation of the modern project management paradigm under conditions of increasing uncertainty, market dynamism, and growing complexity of project initiatives. The limitations of the traditional approach focused on the “iron triangle” parameters (time, cost, scope) are substantiated, and the necessity of transitioning to value-oriented management aimed at maximizing strategic benefits and stakeholder satisfaction is proven. The essence of value co-creation is revealed as an interactive process in which enterprises and stakeholders jointly generate added value through the exchange of knowledge, resources, and competencies. Contemporary scientific approaches to understanding stakeholder roles are generalized, emphasizing their transformation from passive requirement holders into active partners in project governance. Models of value creation, including independent and co-creation approaches, are analyzed, and their impact on project performance is determined. Key value drivers are identified, including requirement uncertainty, project complexity, communication quality, resource availability, and team competencies. The relevance of anti-risk stakeholder management is justified as an effective tool for mitigating conflicts of interest and minimizing destructive stakeholder influence. The role of agile methodologies and innovative approaches in enhancing project adaptability to changing environments is highlighted. It is demonstrated that integrating ESG principles into project management contributes to long-term value creation and strengthens enterprise competitiveness. Conceptual foundations for transitioning to result-oriented management models that ensure sustainable strategic development are proposed. Additionally, emphasis is placed on the need for synergy between strategic and project management levels as a prerequisite for effective value creation. The practical significance of the study lies in the applicability of the proposed approaches across enterprises in various industries.
