Abstract

The article investigates the complex problem of predictive management of business processes within innovative hotel enterprises operating under the conditions of rapid global digital transformation. It is substantiated that traditional tools of static planning and intuitive decision-making are entirely ineffective for forecasting the operational results of implementing modern smart technologies. The primary purpose of this research is the theoretical and methodological substantiation of a comprehensive approach to modeling the operational activity of the hospitality industry. The study proposes an evolutionary paradigm for transitioning from basic graphical mapping using the international BPMN 2.0 notation, which provides necessary transparency and standardization of daily routines, to advanced dynamic simulation modeling and, ultimately, the creation of full-fledged Digital Twins of the hotel infrastructure. It is analytically proven that the continuous integration of Digital Twin technology with massive arrays of Big Data, the Internet of Things, and cloud property management systems radically transforms a traditional hotel into a proactive intellectual ecosystem capable of continuous real-time self-correction. This advanced architectural approach guarantees safe virtual testing of multivariate hypotheses, such as the deployment of AI-driven dynamic pricing algorithms or automated guest services, ensuring the absolute minimization of investment risks associated with expensive technological experiments before they affect real consumers. The practical application of this multi-level modeling methodology fundamentally changes the management paradigm, allowing for dynamic resource optimization, highly precise staff allocation during peak loads, and mathematically accurate forecasting of systemic operational failures. Ultimately, the transition from reactive problem-solving to proactive operational design ensures the formation of a highly resilient business model, guaranteeing sustainable long-term competitiveness, strategic flexibility, and the perfect synchronization of commercial efficiency with an exceptionally personalized customer service experience.
