CURRENT STATE OF LABOR ORGANIZATION AND INCREASE OF ITS PRODUCTIVITY FOR AGRARIAN BUSINESS ENTITIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the improvement of labor organization at the enterprises of the agricultural sector of Ukraine, as the main factor in increasing productivity. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the efficiency of the agricultural sector, which has a decisive impact on food supply and living standards. The purpose of the article is to develop ways to increase labor productivity in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, a number of tasks were solved in the course of the study: the concept of "labor productivity" and the main factors of labor productivity were defined, the level of labor productivity in the agricultural sector before the outbreak of hostilities and during the war was analyzed, the influence of external and internal factors on this indicator was determined, ways to increase labor productivity, including by improving its organization for agricultural business entities, were proposed. The study used general scientific methods of cognition: induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, association and analogy. According to the results of the study, it was found that labor productivity in the agricultural sector is influenced by external and internal factors, which can be both positive and negative. Since the beginning of the war, agrarian business entities have been under the influence of negative factors, many of which are related to the organization of labor. These include mining of fields, damage of agricultural machinery, destruction and theft of crops, fuel, mineral fertilizers and plant protection products, destruction and damage of granaries, death of livestock, birds and bee colonies, restructuring of the logistics system, change of cultivation technologies, lack of funds, mobilization of personnel, lack of electricity, reduction of wages in agriculture. In order to reduce the negative impact of these factors and increase productivity in the agricultural sector, it is proposed to expand the sowing of the most efficient crops, search for sources of financial support, provide agricultural machinery, produce seeds of priority crops, ensure the safety of workers in the agricultural sector, optimize agricultural production, increase the number and productivity of livestock, develop the human resources of agricultural enterprises, use material methods of agricultural production, and improve the quality of life of farmers. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results obtained by agrarian business entities to resume activities during the war and in the post-war period.
