Abstract
This article is dedicated to studying and analyzing the process of harmonizing standards and procedures in inter-organizational coordination within the supply chain. The main focus is on defining common goals and expectations of all participants in the supply chain. Emphasis is placed on the current aspects of quality management and unity in the processes of supplying food products, as well as on harmonizing processes within each organization and among all participants. It is important to note that through the interaction of various links in the supply chain, it is necessary to ensure not only compliance with standards but also effective interaction between organizations. The article thoroughly examines tools and strategies for achieving unity and improving the quality of production in the context of extended supply chains. The research is based on a literary analysis, studying existing practices, and applying modern methodologies in supply chain management. The obtained results can be used to improve strategies of inter-organizational coordination and ensure high product quality in production chains. This article is a significant contribution to understanding supply chain management processes in the context of the modern economy. It reveals great potential for increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises through the optimization of standard and procedural harmonization processes. The authors emphasize the need for cooperation and interaction among all links in the supply chain, which can ensure not only compliance with standards but also contribute to more effective organizational performance. Furthermore, this article not only identifies the challenges of supply chain management but also offers concrete solutions and recommendations for addressing them. It serves as a valuable resource for managers, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of logistics, supply chain management, and the food industry, helping them improve management strategies and practices to achieve better results in today's business environment.
