Abstract
Based on the results of the scientific analysis, the satta presents a comprehensive assessment of the economic security of the electric power enterprise. Currently, the global economic crisis is dictating the conditions for the economies of almost all industries, and for our country, on the one hand, waging war had a negative impact on Ukraine's economy and its investment attractiveness, on the other hand, the help of partners in response caused a chain reaction in the world financial system. The main purpose of the electricity company's activity is to increase competitiveness by providing high-quality electricity supply services, ensuring the reliability and uninterrupted service of all categories of persons (including legal consumers and the public, i.e. critical infrastructure objects). As a result of the analysis, the article presents a comprehensive assessment developed by the author for the direction of research, which is based on the selection of two components: external and internal. Each of them includes three aspects that are unified and directly affect the provision of economic security of the electric power enterprise. The first block (external components) includes 21 primary indicators. A comprehensive assessment of the economic security of an electric power company can be presented in the form of a function that includes the external component of economic security: technological, socio-demographic, and economic-legal. The second block includes 12 primary indicators. The assessment of the economic security of an electric power company can be presented in the form of a function that includes an internal component: production, financial, investment. In the third block, evaluating the level of economic security of an electric power company based on threats that are not clearly formalized, it is proposed to use the entropy indicator as an indicator of the efficiency of the activity processes of such an enterprise from the standpoint of management complexity, informational and behavioral uncertainty. As a result, it was determined that the chain of the electric power enterprise redistributes the entropy within itself between the constituent elements and ensures further export outside the system. Accordingly, the more rationally built the chain of the enterprise and the higher the economic security of the elements included in it, the lower the entropy of the final element of the chain.
