Abstract

The article focuses on the development of a business model for an innovative project aimed at ensuring the financial security of an enterprise. In the context of rapid market changes, increasing competition, and the influence of global factors, businesses must create resilient strategies to maintain their financial stability. The concept of a business model is examined as a tool that helps enterprises adapt to changing conditions and minimize risks associated with their activities. Special attention is given to the development of innovations that allow businesses not only to maintain competitive advantages but also to effectively use new technologies and strategies to achieve financial security. The article proposes a step-by-step algorithm for developing a business model for an innovative project, which includes stages such as analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, studying market needs, defining the target audience, and assessing financial, technical, and social risks. An essential part of this process is identifying key factors influencing the enterprise’s ability to ensure financial security. In particular, emphasis is placed on the need for integrating innovative business processes, effective financial management, and the development of competitive products and services. The role of business communication in ensuring the successful implementation of an innovative project is also considered. Key aspects include interaction with investors, partners, and consumers, as well as the use of modern communication strategies to increase awareness about the company's products or services. Enterprises must not only maintain financial stability but also foster trust among partners and clients. In conclusion, the article notes that developing a business model for an innovative project of a financially secure enterprise is a complex and multi-stage process that requires thorough analysis and strategic planning. The success of an enterprise depends on the effectiveness of decisions made, the ability to adapt and continuously develop, as well as managing risks and attracting investment.
