Abstract
The study is devoted to the influence of the parameters of innovative and transformed managerial decisions on the economic development of economic entities. An electronic survey of managers of various levels of management of industrial enterprises in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions was conducted, excluding unprofitable enterprises from the analysis due to an a priori understanding of the ineffectiveness of managerial decisions. The evaluation factors selected were a subjective assessment of the dynamics of the characteristics of the digitalization of decision-making processes (use of information, digital technologies for its processing, software for forecasting), rationality of resource allocation (expenses on management personnel and operating expenses in relation to the effect of the implementation of the decision), consideration of the interests of employees (dynamics of wages, absence of shadow schemes in labor relations, compliance with safe working conditions), consideration of the interests of stakeholders (absence of shadow schemes for regulating mandatory payments, compliance with the principles of sustainable development, consideration of the interests of the local community). Two factors – the dynamics of the level of cost profitability and the dynamics of the overall efficiency of the enterprise’s economic activity were calculated according to the data of the financial statements of the enterprises. The assessment was carried out on the Likert scale, the statistical processing was carried out using the Statistica-10 analysis system. The results confirmed the existence of a strong collective relationship between the parameters and the impact of making innovative and transformed managerial decisions on the economic development of economic entities. It is proposed to calculate the general estimates within each metric by additive, and the overall assessment of the impact by multiplicative folding. The closeness of the results to a positive assessment indicates a shift in the awareness of the impact of innovative and transformed managerial decisions on the efficiency of the enterprise’s economic activity. The methodological convenience and openness to adjusting the set of metrics of the proposed analysis allow us to recommend it for assessing the prospects of making managerial decisions to manage innovative shifts in the economy.
