DIAGNOSIS OF BUSINESS ECONOMIC CULTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF A WARTIME ECONOMY

Abstract

Under the current conditions of economic transformation and uncertainty caused by war, digitalization, globalization, and internal market instability, Ukrainian enterprises face the urgent need to implement innovative management approaches. Particular attention is given to project management, corporate culture, corporate social responsibility, the use of digital technologies, and the adaptation of organizational structures to the realities of wartime conditions. The article is based on an analysis of contemporary scientific sources that explore key aspects of team building, optimization of management processes, personnel management, enterprise economic security, and sustainable development. In the works of researchers such as O. Melnychenko, V. Horbunova, N. Ivanova, I. Kozlova, T. Polozova, and others, the importance of a systematic approach to management processes within business structures is emphasized. In particular, the article addresses analytical management systems, the influence of corporate culture, the digitalization of managerial decision-making, the transformation of business social responsibility in wartime conditions and the challenges of ensuring economic security. Attention is drawn to the role of organizational structure optimization and the use of digital tools for effective enterprise management. An economic-mathematical model has been developed and proposed, which can be applied to the concept of developing the economic culture of business in a wartime economy. This model allows for the formulation of connections between key factors influencing the development of economic culture and the forecasting of potential strategic options for modern enterprises. The analyzed sources highlight the relevance of forming new management concepts adapted to contemporary threats and opportunities faced by Ukrainian enterprises. The article lays a foundation for further research in the field of management under conditions of economic instability, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach, digital innovations, and the social orientation of business activities.
