METHODICAL APPROACHES TO EVALUATION OF DEVELOPMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL SECTOR ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Important for the development of the national economy, its acquisition of features inherent in a market economy, is the process of Ukraine's entry into the system of international economic relations. The deepening of Ukraine's participation in European and world integration processes is accompanied by an increase in the number of enterprises operating in the foreign economic sphere. The study found in the article that an important condition for the successful operation of the enterprise, where foreign trade is the main activity, is to create a perfect system for evaluating the results of export-import operations, the level of which is characterized by efficiency and based on criteria of efficiency and effectiveness. development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The study of methodological approaches to assessing the development of foreign economic activity of the enterprise suggests that the generally accepted method of its definition is absent. As a result of research the methodical approaches to an estimation of development of FEA of the enterprise are generalized, the comparative analysis of those methodical approaches which are focused on efficiency of FEA is carried out. The comparative analysis made it possible to establish that the assessment of the development of foreign economic activity of enterprises should be carried out on the basis of economic and mathematical methods and methods of expert assessments. The study shows that in almost all of the approaches we have considered one of the key points in the study of foreign economic activity of the enterprise is to determine the factors influencing the efficiency of export potential. It should be noted that only in the approach of S. Lukyanets, as well as in the approaches of T. Bondareva, A. Osadchuk, Yu. The problem of choosing appropriate criteria for the analysis of foreign economic activity remains open, which will allow individual enterprises, depending on the type, scale of their activities, to adequately assess the level of its development and identify ways of further development. We believe that the most effective method of identifying factors that have a significant impact on the development of export activities of enterprises, and to which many researchers are inclined, is the method of expert assessments.
