ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROVISION OF MARKET RELATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The paper analyses the current statutory provisions, as well as the international statutory instruments regulating the formation, change and discontinuation of social relations in the field of the financial and economic security management. The important thing is not only the compliance with the current statutory provisions by the economic entities but the first and foremost is the worthy legal and regulatory framework for the issues related to the efficient provision of the financial and economic security management. So, it is necessary to take measures related to establishment of the responsibility for non-keeping the financial and economic security at the manufacturing site at the proper level for the purpose of mitigation of the risks of threats of the economic entity financial and economic security management. Winning, change and assignment of social benefits in the sphere of financial and economic security of subordinates to the state are governed by singular normative and legal acts. The paper gives the comparative analysis of the international statutory instruments applying directly or indirectly the concept of provision of the entity financial and economic security in their texts, as the analysis of the applicable law implementing the police in the field of the financial and economic security. The attention was focused on the regulation of the applicable law as to the issues of the financial and economic security, as well as on the dynamic development of the social relations in the field; the emphasis was placed upon the achievements including the adoption of the law draft regulating first of all the social relations in the field of provision of the financial and economic security management, and this law will regulate the activity of the central executive body which will carry out the control over compliance with the financial and economic security and prevention of crisis state in the economic activity of the enterprise. Moreover, it was proposed to predict the financial and economic security regularly according to the approved Evaluation guidelines as to the prediction of the level of economic security of Ukraine approved by the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
