FOR AUTHORS

The articles by doctors of science, candidates of sciences, young scientists (postgraduate students, applicants, masters), as well as other persons who have higher education and are engaged in scientific activities, are taken on for publication. The authors submit articles that are solely their own original research, following the rules of citation and referencing. Provision of fraudulent information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, only articles that have not previously been published in other journals are accepted.

To publish an article in the scientific collection Issue 43, 2024 you must send an e-mail to the editors until December 13, 2024 with the following materials:

1. Author's reference (link).

2. The article drawn up according to the specified requirements should be sent to ebitda@helvetica.ua
Attention! It is necessary to indicate the code of the journal 2522 in the subject line.

The authors receive a review letter – see Review Process (rejected, accepted with revisions, accepted) and, in case of successful review, the requisites for paying of the fee are sent.

3. It is necessary to send a scanned receipt for payment of the publication fee for the scientific article.

The publication cost is 1200 UAH (up to 12 pages inclusive). Each additional page is paid separately in the amount of 40 UAH. The publication fee covers the costs of editing the articles, layout and printing of the journal, as well as mailing it to the authors. Payment is made after the article has been approved for print. One copy of the journal is sent to the author(s) of the article by registered mail.

It is necessary to send a scanned receipt for payment of the cost of publishing a scientific article to the executive secretary.

The structure of the article should include the following mandatory elements:
1. Formulation of the problem in general and its relation to important scientific and practical tasks.
2. Analysis of recent studies ad publications that the author relies on to address the issue and approaches to its solution. In this case, it is necessary to highlight the unresolved parts of the overall problem that are being explored in the article.
3. Formulating the purposes of the article (statement of the aim).
4. Presentation of the main research material with full justification of the received scientific results.
5. Conclusions from this study and further prospects in this direction.
6. List of sources used and “References”. The list of sources used is indicated in alphabetic order (completed according to the international standard DSTU 8302:2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic references. Generals and Rules for Assembly). References to the sources should be made in square brackets, indicating the page numbers according to the source: for example, [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234]. References must be made in Roman alphabet in accordance with Harvard style (Harvard Reference System). Example of the “References” design.

The article should have the following structural elements: Surname and initials of the authors (max. 3 authors). Then there are e-mails of the authors, separated by commas, ORCID ID of the authors (if any),  degree, academic rank, place of work or study in the language of the article and English; abstracts and keywords; JEL classification for keywords; text of the article; list of sources used and “References”. 

The article should contain abstracts and keywords in the language of article and English. The volume of abstracts should be minimum 1800 characters without spaces. There should be minimum 5 keywords/phrases. 
JEL classification code (placed under keywords, amount from 1 to 5, in one line, separated by commas, in semi-bold).

Language of publications
The articles in Ukrainian are accepted for reviews. It is allowed to submit the articles in English or Polish.

Technical requirements
Article size: from 10 to 20 pages, А4 (297 x 210), edges: 25 mm to the left, 20 mm to the left, top and bottom, typed in Microsoft Word. The whole text of the article, references, annotations, etc. are typed in Times New Roman font, size is 14 pt, spacing is one-and-a-half.

If the article contains tables, formulas and (or) illustrations, they should be compact, have the title in Times New Roman font, size is 12 pt. Tables and illustrations should be no larger than the page width.

Mathematical formulas should be carefully checked and clearly printed. Formulas are submitted using the formula editor (built-in formula editor Microsoft Word for Windows). The number of tables, formulas and illustrations should be minimal and appropriate. Figures and tables in landscape format are not accepted.
