INVESTIGATION OF THE TEXTILE MATERIALS PROCESSING IMPACT ON THE FORMATION OF THEIR QUALITY AND SAFETY
Abstract
In this article the influence of silicone treatment of clothing cotton and cotton-polyester fabrics on the formation of their range and properties is investigated. In particular, the influence of silicone treatment of cotton fabrics for shirts and dresses on the light fastness of their colors was investigated. The influence of silicone treatment of polyester-cotton cloak fabrics on the formation of their water resistance and light fastness is also determined in the article. The influence of silicone processing of cotton fabrics on increase of their biostability has been determined. The dependence of water resistance, color fastness and wear resistance of these fabrics on their fibrous and component composition, as well as the type of their weave, was determined. The dependence of the studied fabrics wear time on the duration of light and repeated sprinkling action is described. The expediency of widespread use of silicone processing agents to increase the durability, hygienity and light fastness of clothing cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics is substantiated. Significant reserves of optimization the range and consumer properties of clothing fabrics of different fibrous composition and structure have been determined.
