THE ROLE OF COLOR IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE TECTONIC ESSENCE OF SPACE
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of creating a modern interior, the correct color gamma application and surface treatment as well as creating a design form of equipment and furniture to suit a certain style, lighting, landscaping. Based on the analysis of various articles of domestic and foreign authors on the creation of color combinations in the interior, recommendations that help to harmonize color accents in hotel premises are discussed. The article also discusses various techniques for using color for composite communication of different hotel room zones. Attention is paid to the color design as a compromise, depending on the hotel target audience, network concept, image and its orientation. Scientific result - on the basis of this article it is concluded that in order to choose the color of any room it is necessary to know the rules of work with the color wheel; color harmony is not the only task set before the designer, all decisions must be developed according to the determination of the quarters of the world, the room area, the planning of the whole building; to highlight or, on the contrary, to hide any moments in color harmony which have the properties to bring comfort, sophistication, mood, space for imagination, expression into the compositional solution of the interior. They provide the designer with rich opportunities that allow him to experiment with both color and spatial solutions.
