TO THE QUESTION OF TESTING THE TEXTILES DYEING RESISTANCE TO THE ACTION OF LIGHT

Abstract

The possibility of using high intensity discharge lamps instead of xenon lamps, foreseen by the standard method of testing the textiles dyeing resistance to light, is considered in the article. High intensity discharge lamps emit light because of electric discharge between electrodes. They are much more effective, economic, secure and simple at operation.
