Abstract
The relevance of the topic lies in the study of progressive programs that are related to human resources, namely, the problems of investing in people. The purpose of our study is to present an alternative scientific research program in the field of human capital, from the point of view of the appropriateness of the methodology of research programs. On the basis of the methods used, such as: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, comparison and logical generalization of the identified trends, which are necessary for making effective decisions regarding progressive programs of investing in human capital, progressive programs of investing in people have been researched. Historical and dialectical methods were also used, which made it possible to investigate the formation and development of human capital and to study the influence on the development of accounting. In the study, identified and characterized the derived from capital categories, which are related and enable a broader understanding of double-entry accounting. That is, the natural definition of the category of money is presented. This definition represents the nature of a monetary unit, as a confirmation of the employee's performance of work and measurement of its value. Also presented is a scheme for the formation of wages equivalent to the amount of work performed, the size of which is established using the concept of accounting for human capital. In our opinion, this is a fundamental change in economic and accounting opinion. In the study, we highlight four fundamental laws, which, in opinion, are a significant basis for theoretical reasoning and empirical research. These laws form the conditions and set certain requirements for capital growth processes. Failure to take into account in economic life the representations above the laws leads to the loss of competitiveness by business entities, lack of profits and bankruptcy. According to research in this field and the constant improvement of the organization of social life, will necessarily lead to the avoidance of the corresponding costs associated with individual stages of the formation and maintenance of human capital.
