Abstract
The relevance of research of indicators of client’s capital of the enterprise is substantiated, the reasons for which are gaining competitive advantages, creating added value, providing income and understanding the need for investment in the development of relationships with customers. A classification of client’s capital indicators is proposed, that will facilitate a more grounded process of their selection. There need to use a client’s capital KPI panel is substantiated, that is viewed as a sample of client’s capital indicators that meet the requirements of KPI recognition, and helps managers track progress in achieving the enterprise's strategic goals. It is determined that the choice of KPI for the respective panel will be determined by the individual activity features as well as capabilities and the chosen strategy of a particular enterprise.
