Abstract
The article clarifies the essence of the logistic potential of the enterprise. The terms "logistic infrastructure" and "subject of logistic infrastructure" are differentiated. The role of infrastructure support in forming the logistic potential of the trading company is emphasized. The purpose and determinants of infrastructure development are highlighted. The directions of implementation of innovations in the development of logistic potential of trade enterprises through the creation of logistic clusters and logistic centers are analyzed. It has been proved that the logistic potential of the enterprise is largely determined by the state of logistic infrastructure, which necessitates the development of new scientifically grounded mechanisms for its development and the search for innovative solutions that will allow trading enterprises to adapt to changing market conditions and ensure the efficiency of activity in the consumer market.
