Abstract
The article analyzes the dynamics and development of innovations in the hotel industry. It has been determined that innovation serves as an incentive for the further development of the hotel business, enabling enterprises not only to occupy leading positions in their market segments, but also to meet world standards of hotel services. The necessity of introducing innovations at domestic hotel enterprises is substantiated in order to reach the greater number of hotel and restaurant services potential customers. On the basis of the conducted research, the authors made conclusions about the feasibility of using innovations as an important tool of hotel industry enterprises development. It is generalized that the use of new technologies for managing investment processes in the hotel and restaurant business at the present stage of economic development is an important task that is of considerable interest to managers of enterprises in the mentioned sphere.
