Abstract
Building a modern competitive economic system of services in Ukraine requires intensification of management and investment activities on the basis of innovation. With the intensification of Ukraine's integration into the European community, there is a need to change the guidelines and transformational factors in the development of the hospitality industry. The manifestation of objective crisis trends in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant business indicates the need for a systematic approach to the organization and regulation in this area. Considering the trends and prospects for the development of the hospitality industry in Ukraine, it can be stated that despite the significant number of problems and crises, the hospitality industry has a significant reserve for development. In order to use it, you need to bring to a dynamic state all the available potential. And this requires a change in the existing management paradigm, typical of previous times, and the transition to a new paradigm system, which would form the basis of the management system of entities and facilities in the field of hospitality and efficient use of available resources. We are talking about the transition to a new system of views on the hospitality industry from the standpoint of theoretical principles of systems theory, organization theory, systems and situational approaches and analysis, economic theory, social psychology, computer science and computer technology. The need to quickly accelerate changes to improve the efficiency of the service industry in the hospitality industry necessarily requires the improvement of modern management system in the tourism sector and in the hotel and restaurant service of foreign and domestic guests. This can be achieved only if the planned and administrative management system in the field of service and the transition to a new market paradigm of management based on systemic and situational approaches. Therefore, the aim of the study is to reveal the main directions of reformatting the existing management paradigm to a new model of systems management.
