Abstract
The article investigates the trajectory of competitiveness formation and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy. A model of the trajectory of competitiveness formation and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy is built. It is proved that the trajectory of competitiveness formation and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy is based on systemic organizational stages, each of which is filled with appropriate tools to achieve tactical and operational goals. It is substantiated that in today's conditions the process of digitalization of information and analytical support of the management system of competitiveness and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy is of strategic importance, which allows to significantly increase data processing hotel and restaurant projects, as well as the procedure of adaptation to solve strategic problems. It is proved that within the model of the trajectory of competitiveness and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy it is mandatory to apply systemic principles and competition principles, which underlie the implementation of strategic goals and objectives and are the foundation of this model.The basic aspects of the trajectory of competitiveness formation and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy are the priority of national interests and increasing the competitiveness of the industry. The developed model of the trajectory of competitiveness formation and structural transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy will contribute to increasing competitiveness, effective functioning and development of the hotel and restaurant sphere of Ukraine. Strategic transformations in the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy require the creation of favorable conditions for the successful functioning of economic entities through the formation of an effective state policy in the field of hospitality at all levels, which will meet the modern needs of consumers. Strategic transformations in the system of competitiveness of the hotel and restaurant segment of the national economy are a kind of system integrator of a holistic economic entity, which combines in time and space various socio-economic processes and uses systemic, multivariate, synergetic and multiplicative effects. It is substantiated that the system integrator in modern transformational conditions should be the hotel and restaurant sphere, which will ensure the competitiveness of business entities at all levels.
