DIRECTIONS OF DIGITALIZATION OF COOPERATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE PERIOD OF POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The post-war reconstruction of Ukraine involves "creating a base for long-term growth", i.e. carrying out fundamental reforms, in particular the introduction of innovative technologies, which will allow cooperative entrepre-neurship to make a "technological leap". The article examines theoretical and applied approaches to formulating the directions of digitalization of cooperative entrepreneurship within the framework of the post-war reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy. It is substantiated that the recovery of the economy of the agrarian sector contributes to the devel-opment of cooperative entrepreneurship, stimulates the activity of small agrarian businesses and cooperators in rural areas. Monitoring of the retail trade network of unions of consumer societies by type was carried out. The dynamics of production by consumer cooperative enterprises are given. The development trend of other areas of activity of the con-sumer cooperatives has been clarified. It is noted that the improvement of logistics in the supply system of agricultural products is justified by the extensive network of placement of consumer associations and unions throughout Ukraine. It has been proven that this process requires digitalization of business processes from procurement, industrial processing and sale of agricultural products through its own cooperative network. The possibility of using innovative technologies on various levels of the commodity supply chain, to account for the multi-system agrarian economy in the organization of production, creation of raw material stocks with the participation of farmers and personal auxiliary farms of the rural population, was investigated. Further research should be directed to the justification and implementation of a number of strategic tasks related to the formation of tools for the implementation of modern technologies that meet European standards and will allow cooperative entrepreneurship to restore its position on the market and integrate into global value chains.
