DEVELOPMENT OF THE ANTI-CRISIS PROGRAM OF THE ENTERPRISE'S ACTIVITIES AND MEASURES REGARDING ITS IMPLEMENTATION
Abstract
The article is dedicated to the crisis management format of enterprises in the context of global changes in the world economy. The main conceptual principles of crisis management are specified, and an author's approach to understanding the properties and features of the crisis management program, which should be a key component of the socio-economic system, is formulated. Crisis management is a comprehensive management system aimed at preventing crisis phenomena and identifying the causes of a crisis. The article formulates the main conditions that ensure the effective improvement of the crisis management program of enterprise activities. The purpose of the crisis management program is to address a specific set of problems and serve as a tool to achieve the strategic development goals of the enterprise and its long-term existence. The development and implementation of a targeted crisis management program are critical, as it allows for a comprehensive solution to various tasks in different functional areas, such as product sales, finance, personnel, production system, management, and others. The creation of a crisis management program is based on monitoring the internal and external environment of the manufacturing enterprise. The developed program (plan) for financial recovery serves as a necessary basis for forming other derivative documents, such as a business plan for financial recovery and a plan for enterprise rehabilitation, which can be prepared as needed. The identified components that characterize the effectiveness of the enterprise's crisis management program have been highlighted. It was concluded that in order to develop a high-quality and scientifically based program, it is necessary to create an appropriate package of methodological materials that takes into account the theoretical and methodological principles of programmatic planning, as well as the branch and organizational, legal features of a particular enterprise. Achieving stability in the results of functioning for both enterprises and society in the conditions of the modern economy should be a key element of the crisis management program. Based on the current state of the economy in the process of global changes and military conditions, measures for its improvement have been proposed.
