TOOLS AND MEANS OF THE ECONOMIC ENVIRONMENT CONVERGENCE OF UKRAINE AND THE EU IN THE CONTEXT OF DESHADOWING
Abstract
Abstract. It has been established that shadowing is an internal challenge to the economic security of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. The key prerequisites for a high level of shadowing of the Ukrainian economy, which hinder the speeding up of convergence of the national economy to the model of the construction of the economies of the EU countries, are determined. The application of systemic and structural analysis enabled to substantiate the strategic priorities of convergence of the environment of economic relations between Ukraine and the EU in the context of deshadowing accordaing to the basic directions of state policy in this area (tax and customs policy reform, increasing the effectiveness of competition policy and improving antimonopoly legislation, leveling technical barriers in trade, increasing the efficiency and transparency of public finances, liberalizing the movement of capital, ensuring the observance of intellectual property rights).
