TENDENCIES OF BUDGETARY REGULATION OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF LVIV
Abstract
Abstract. Socio-economic development of the country and separate territories depends on the efficiency of accumulation and distribution of financial resources, which is determined by the efficiency of the budget process. Theoretical and practical substantiation of tendencies of the mechanism of budgetary regulation of socio-economic development on the example of the city of Lviv are considered in the article. The features and key tools of budgetary regulation of social and economic development are researched in the article. The efficiency of distribution and accumulation of budget funds, including tax policy and interbudget transfers, has been analyzed. The tendencies of changes in the indicators of the socio-economic condition of the city of Lviv and the influence on them of measures of budgetary regulation are determined. Also, the article determines the factors influencing the volume of financial resources. Recommendations for solving the problems of the formation and use of financial resources of local bud-gets have been developed and priority directions of improving the functioning of local budgets have been outlined.
