STRATEGY OF EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT OF FORMATION AND USE OF WORKING CAPITAL IN MODERN CONDITIONS
Abstract
Abstract. The article highlights the importance and significance of working capital for enterprise activity, as well as the application of the strategy of management efficiency of formation and use of working capital in modern conditions in the context of perspective development of the enterprise. The reasons for the existence of problems in the development and implementation of a strategy for managing the efficiency of working capital, which makes this topic relevant to today, are specified. The working capital of PJSC "Karlsberg Ukraine" during 2012-2016 was researched and on the basis of this the estimation of the chosen strategy of management of the efficiency of formation and use of working capital was given. Proposed one of the tools for improving performance that is optimization of working capital, as well as provided the recommendation to create a special service to deal with this issue, which is extremely important for doing successful, long-term business.
