FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT IN CONDITIONS OF MILITARY TURBULENCE: ADAPTATION STRATEGIES AND RISK MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article examines the features of financial management in conditions of martial law, which should be as adaptive as possible to business conditions, aimed at reducing risks, maintaining liquidity and stabilizing the enterprise's activities. Successful enterprises use flexible financial management strategies, digital technologies and state support programs, which allows them not only to survive, but also to lay the foundation for post-war recovery and development. The main challenges faced by enterprises are analyzed, namely: economic instability and macroeconomic risks, logistical difficulties and disruptions in supply chains, financial risks and liquidity problems, loss of qualified personnel due to mobilization, migration and general instability of the labor market. Adaptive strategies for managing financial resources in conditions of instability, risks and limited access to capital are considered. An important niche today is given to the role of the state in financial management, which is manifested in the following aspects: assistance in the field of financing; assistance in the field of investment; support in the direction of currency liberalization. Special attention is paid to the prospects for the development of financial management in today's conditions. The peculiarities of financial management in conditions of martial law, which is accompanied by a high level of business risk and the need to adapt to new market realities, are substantiated. The directions for improving financial management at the enterprise are outlined, which involves the use of digital technologies and tools to optimize financial processes, increase the efficiency of financial management decisions. Recommendations are proposed to increase the stability of financial management in extreme conditions, which may be useful for entrepreneurs, financial analysts, and government officials. Currently, the substantiation of effective financial management decisions of an enterprise requires relevant research on its adaptation to the crisis conditions of business functioning in wartime.
