NORMATIVE IDEAL OF NOOECONOMICS OF IDEATIONAL CULTURE
Abstract
The axiological influence of the normative ideal of ideational culture on the development of the institu-tional system of nooeconomics in the sphere of regulation of production relations, exchange and distribution of the value of an intellectual product of an intelligible mode of production is considered. Peculiarities of formation of con-sumer value and substantial basis of intellectual product of nooeconomics of ideational type of cultural mentality are determined. The idea of incipience a producer of intellectually innovative product of the nooeconomy - cognitariat - is substantiated. The hypothesis of application of the principles of symbolic exchange as a network environment of intel-lectual goods movement in a specific mode of exchange, distribution and appropriation of value and income is substan-tiated. The ontological origins of cognitive systems are analyzed, on the basis of which the qualitative basis of the value of intellectual goods is formed. The technogenic and socio-economic preconditions of the emergence and spread of cognitariat as a meritocratic class of the society of the nooeconomy of ideational rather than sensory culture are stud-ied. A hypothesis about the trialectic, not dualistic structure of the symbolic exchange of intellectual goods of the nooeconomy has been put forward. An attempt is made to find a reference connection between the ontological novelty (as consumer value) of the intellectual good and the normative ideal of the dominant type of cultural mentality, primari-ly ideational, through a way of interpreting socio-historical time within linear and cyclical chronological paradigms. The influence of the normative ideal on the nature of the functioning of economic institutions is explained by the phe-nomenon of acausal recurrence, due to which the paradigmatic idea of "eternal formation" is implied in the paradigmatic project of "great return". It is alleged that nooeconomics, interpreted in the context of socio-cultural fluctuations, is possible only as a paternal project of the ideational type of culture.
