HISTORICAL SOURCES OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES IN CRIME INVESTIGATION
Abstract
The article highlights the historical origins of knowledge about the adverse circumstances in the detection and investigation of crimes. Questions regarding negative circumstances in the crime is the subject of research scientists, however, remains controversial. Negative circumstances are tangible reflection processes of interaction, manifested during the investigation in the form of traces and other changes in its deployment, localization, or other distinctive signs do not comply with this event the crime, or individual elements of its development. Classification of adverse circumstances is of practical importance to investigate crimes because it is indicative means of identifying the specific species or group specific adverse circumstances, which helps determine trends and ways to further research and use in proceedings in criminal matters.
