THEORETICAL BASES OF UNDERSTANDING THE STRATEGIES IN MUNICIPAL LAW
Abstract
The question of necessity of careful research and forming the theoretical bases, ideas of steady (balanced) development, in particular, their embodiment at municipally-legal level stands enough sharply before modern home science of municipal law. It will help to understand legal nature deeper , meaningful signs, functional orientation of local (municipal) development of strategic documents. After all, the relevant theoretical basis will positively contribute to the solution of a number of practical tasks which are connected with municipal-legal regulation of strategic planning activity at the level of functioning of local self-government. In solving this task, the monitoring and analysis of existing strategies in schools is very helpful, due to which it is possible to see the versatility, multidimensionality of the municipal development strategies directly, and, in fact, it is better to know their nature, meaningful content, and hence the directions of influence on the municipal-legal relations.
