DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FOR SUPPORT AND PROTECTION OF CHILD RIGHTS: ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS
Abstract
The article examines the state of state bodies' activity in relation to the provision and protection of children's rights at the present stage of state-building. The author analyzed the activities aimed at improving the normative and legal acts in the field of protection and protection of children's rights, identifying the problematic issues of the mechanism of their implementation, analyzing the new forms of activity of state bodies in this sphere, and the non-standard instruments of administrative and legal influence. As a result of the study, the actual organizational and legal issues of developing the state of the state bodies' activities in relation to the provision and protection of the rights of children in need of a priority solution are identified.
