LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE TERM MISS FOR THE ACCEPTATION OF INHERITANCE

Abstract

Investigation of the legal consequences of passing the time limit for the adoption of the inheritance has the practical importance, because, there are often different legal positions of the courts during the using of the relevant rules. The article investigates the legal consequences that arise for an heir who has missed the time for the adoption of the inheritance, and appropriate ways to protect his interest. When applying the judicial method of protecting the interests of the heir, it is mandatory to identify the difficulties that have become the reason for not using the heir of the necessary actions in making the inheritance. We consider it expedient to pursue further scientific research in the direction of exercising the right to inherit the heir by refusing to accept the inheritance.
