PROPERTY AT THE CONNECTED TERRITORIAL SOCIETY
Abstract
The article is sanctified to the mechanism of transmission ofcommon property of territorial society in property of theincorporated territorial society(farther CTS). Actuality ofresearch of this question is predefined by absence of theenvisaged norm on this question in a legislation. Formationof the incorporated territorial communities gave largeactuality to this question. In every area, district, where CTSappeared, the process of transmission of objects ofcommon property of territorial communities in property ofCTS passes differently. Many questions arise up in relationto distribution of property of common property of territorialcommunities in districts, that is fully covered CTS. In the realarticle will consider the mechanism of transmission ofobjects of common property of territorial communities ofdistrict in community property of CTS, and also will analyseinternational experience from given.
