• The Editorial Board considers the high-quality manuscripts which contain the findings of the author’s research and have not been published in other publications.
• The author (s) is/are responsible for text originality and a plagiarism-free manuscript.
• The author (s) is/are responsible for the accuracy of mentioned facts, quotes, statistical data, proper and geographical names, other statements, as well as for non-disclosure of restricted information.
• The language of publication is Ukrainian, but English, Polish are allowed.
• The editors may not share the author’s opinion expressed in the article.
• The author can publish only one personal article in one issue of the bulletin.
• The Editorial Board takes a final decision on publication. Based on the decision of the Editorial Board, the article can be sent for improving or additional peer review.
• The editors reserve the right to carry out literature editing, make minor alterations, and reject articles of a low scientific quality or violating established requirements for deadlines and execution.
• The authors, except academicians, professors, doctors of sciences, should previously submit their manuscripts for consideration by heads of their departments (chiefs of units) or research advisors, counselors of thesis (for postgraduate and doctoral students) for review.
• Term for the article’s review by the Editorial Board is from one week to one month since the day of its receipt.
• The article is subjected to an obligatory peer review of one of the members of the Editorial Board. External reviewers engaged on a voluntary basis are leading scientists from other institutions of higher education, research establishments of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and branch academies of sciences. Internal review is carried out by members of the editorial board of the scientific journal and, on behalf of the editor-in-chief, employees of the University having the degree of Doctor or Candidate of Sciences, who work at the departments and teach the relevant subjects. In case of disputes (if the author (-s) doesn’t/ don’t agree with comments), extra reviewers (both external and internal) are engaged. In that case, after approval of editor-in-chief, the executive secretary sends the article for peer review to another reviewer.
• Peer review is confidential. Reviewers’ names are not disclosed.
• The editors’ decision on the article’s approval for publication, possible return for improving or rejection is sent exclusively to e-mail indicated in the application form.
• Taking into account the demanding requirements of the MES of Ukraine for volume and quality of English translation of summary, the translation must be rendered by qualified specialists who have expertise. Every submitted article includes English summary (at least 1800 characters, including keywords). The content and volume of Ukrainian and English summaries should be alike.
• If necessary, the editors provide translation service for rendering English summary. Professional translation of English summary (1800 characters) is 300 UAH.
• Waiting period (from the date of submission to public day) is 2–3 months on average (depending on the actual number of articles submitted in a particular issue of the journal).
