All articles, which the Editorial Board recommends for publication, are published in the journal on a fee basis. The author (s) pays (pay) the fee when the editor sends the approval of the Editorial Board to publish the article. The editorial office carries out a unanimous peer review of the articles and checks them for plagiarism; after that, the authors receive the banking details.

The publication of the article with a volume of 12 pages costs 1200 UAH. If the volume exceeds 12 pages, each additional page is paid additionally amounting to 50 UAH. he publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.

The author should send the payment confirmation (a scanned payment slip or its photo) to e-mail: law@journals-lute.lviv.ua.

The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website on June 30, 2024.

If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before July 30, 2024.
