The Herald is a professional scientific and peer-reviewed publication in which the original articles reveal the results of scientific, practical, educational and methodological studies of contemporary jurisprudence issues, current trends of the functioning of the legal system of Ukraine, the problems and experience of the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies, including the experience of leading democratic states of the world, as well as grounded recommendations are proposed for improving their activities.

The target audiences of the Herald are scholars, civil servants, law enforcement and local government officials, law high schools lecturers, postgraduate students, students, all who are interested in the organization of state power and the system of law in Ukraine.
